Pursuant to LPSC Docket U-36383, the flat rate for residential customers will increase to $59.10, effective July 1, 2026.
Payment Processing Service Fee
Customers may choose to make payments through CUSI’s online or telephone payment service. A service fee applies to payments made through the CUSI payment service and is disclosed before the transaction is completed. The service fee is for the optional use of CUSI’s payment processing service and is not specific to the use of a debit card. Customers may also choose from other available payment options that do not include the CUSI service fee.
